Golubyatnikov M. Scientific substantiation of hygienic basics of marine economic activities.

The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation of hygienic basics of marine ecological safety aimed at maintaining the health of crews of vehicles and to prevent adverse effects of pollution and protection of the environment. The peculiarities of changes in water quality waters of the Gulf ports of Odessa related to the location of the ports, including the impact of runoff of the Dnieper, Southern Bug, Dniester, which leads to irreversible consequences for the process of self-purification of sea water due to the dominant pollution (oil products, phenols, sleep, heavy metal salts) harbor waters. A priority ranking factors operating ships on marine pollution, according to the current national doctrine and international conventions MARPOL -73/78 and EU Directives. A real danger of the spread of contaminants toward the water recreation areas is proved. Increased incidence of acute intestinal infections in the spring and summer the population of coastal cities (Odessa, Mykolaiv, Illichivsk, Sevastopol) installed. Developed risk criteria that allow to evaluate the level of marine pollution salmonella, enterococcus, pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms.
