Essay

The work is devoted to development of the methodology for control of modern information systems, which provides the best quality in the operation. In this work, mathematical models of dynamic information systems with fractional dynamics and impulse effect. Methods for control of dynamic information systems with fractional dynamics and impulse effects are constructed. A mathematical model of network traffic in information system is studied and improved. Methods for fractal modulation of signals are presented, which provide more reliable data transfer in conditions of noise and uncertainty.
