The thesis presents a comprehensive study of peculiarities of legal regulation of organizational-management relations in the labor law and opportunities to improve the process of reforming national labor laws. In this paper the research methodology is established with emphasis to the view for the organizational-management relations primarily as an object of regulation of the labor law. The nature, concepts and features of the organizational-management relations in labor law are determined. The deep analysis of current theoretical and practical aspects of organizational-management relations in the labor law in Ukraine, CIS countries, Europe, USA, Canada and Latin America is given; international standards in this field of relationships are investigated. There are characteristic of the current state of legal regulation of organizational-management relations in Ukraine, definition of problems and perspectives for their solving. The types of subjects of the organizational-management relations in labor law and the characteristics of their legal status are studied. The classification of organizational-management relations and some of their species are investigated. The propositions and recommendations to improve the organizational-management relations in the conclusion of collective agreements, resolving individual and collective labor disputes, social partnership in Ukraine are given.
