Pantielieieva N. Financial innovation in the banking system of Ukraine

In the dissertation developed the methodology and conducted a comprehensive study of financial innovation in the banking system of Ukraine. Disclosed economic essence of concepts of "financial innovation", "financial market innovation", "innovation potential of the banking system". Substantiated the institutional and functional significance of financial innovation market, developed the mechanism of its regulation based on public-private partnership that would improve the legal regulation taking into account the diversity and peculiarities of financial innovation. Developed approaches to formation of mechanisms of management of innovative potential of the banking system and management of financial innovations. The preconditions, factors and trends introduction and spread of financial innovations in the banking system of Ukraine were investigated. Developed methodical approaches to complex assessment of efficiency, prediction of adoption and diffusion of financial innovation. Substantiated the conceptual foundations and directions of development financial innovations in the medium term in terms of reforming and the necessity of transition to intensive model of development of the banking system of Ukraine.
