Essay

The assurance processes of enterprises' development, which are realized under the influence of social and economic levers, are the research object. The development of conceptual, theoretical and methodological, methodic and applied theses of multi-vector enterprise's development under the influence of social and economic factors is the research aim. The research methods are as following: systemic, grouping and systematization, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, method of 360o, expertise, structural and logical analysis, fuzzy sets, empirical research, hierarchies analysis, correlation and regression analysis, matrix method, morphological analysis and graphing. The conceptual theses of assurance of multi-vector enterprises' development under the influence of social and economic levers; the method of enterprises' tax competitiveness assessment; the model of enterprises' innovative dynamics assurance have been firstly developed. The method of analyzing the impact of social and economic levers on the poly-vector development of enterprise; the method of diagnosing personnel competency in the multi-vector development; the model of social and psychological environment improvement in the enterprise have been improved. The content of the notions "poly-vector development of enterprise"; typology of enterprise's development kinds according to its identification approaches; classification of principles of poly-vector enterprise's development assurance; typology, content and functionality of dynamic organizational culture levers; the assessment method of priority investment in enterprise's technologic processes have been developed. The research results have been implemented in enterprises and academic process. The enterprises are the scope of use of author's proposals.
