Ishchuk O. Practical, Theoretical and Methodological Principles of Criminological Activities of Prosecutor's Office Agencies of Ukraine

The author of the paper has researched the specifics of using criminological activities by the prosecutor's office and has determined the ways of its improvement based on the analysis of theoretical principles of legal regulation and practical solutions of tasks by the prosecutor's office in the sphere of combating crime. Phenomenological principles of combating crime have been considered; and the place and role of the prosecutor's office as a subject of combating crime have been analyzed. Based on the conducted research the author has formulated recommendations on improvement of theoretical principles and increasing the efficiency of the practice of criminological activities of the prosecutor's office agencies.
