Essay

The dissertation suggests a new solution of the scientific issue, which consists in the theoretical generalization of the results of study of the mechanisms and factors contributing to the ineffectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies and the development of obstetric and perinatal complications with induced pregnancy in women with hepatobiliary diseases and, on this basis, the pathogenetic substantiation and development of a differentiated system of management and assistance to women with sterility and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases, which will contribute to better effectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies, the reduction of the rate of reproductive losses, the preservation of such women's reproductive and somatic health. This complex research is the first to identify new components in the sequence of pathogenesis of reproductive losses in women with functional liver diseases, which include genetic causes, autoimmune and prothrombotic states, microbiotic and vascular regulation disorders. The author has substantiated, developed and implemented a system of management and assistance to such women, which includes prognostication of eventual complications and additional measures of treatment and prevention to reduce the risk of complications by improving the functioning of the hepatobiliary system and eliminating the vascular regulation disorders.
