Essay

There has been worked out the scientific basis of creating energy-efficient technologic equipment sets for plastering with the help of revealing the mechanism of processes of preparation, pumping-over and laying-on plaster. The doctorate thesis is based on the conception of creating modern energy-efficient technologic equipment sets for plastering on the back of synthesis of its separate components, usage of the working bodies' hydraulic gear, which has got high efficiency in comparison with mechanical drive. In the paper there has been examined the cooperation of working units of basic equipment sets with building mortar and have been found functional relations for determination of capacity requirements and evaluation of operating processes' energy intensity with provision for design requirements and properties of the operating material. Moreover, there has been justified the applicability of the usage of differential piston mortar pump with hydraulic drive as a part of processing equipment set and there has also been confirmed its working ability and energy efficiency. Implementation into construction of the proposed processing equipment sets, that have diminished installed capability and the level of volume energy of plastering accomplishment, with given productivity, has confirmed their economical efficiency.
