Essay

Object-the process of vibration compacting the dispersed powder of anisotropic media; the purpose- development of scientific bases of highly efficient vibration compression of dispersed powder media anisotropic structures; development and implementation of technological processes, equipment and individual components for their implementation; novelty-had developed a theory of the processes of compacting the dispersed powder of anisotropic media; further development of the concept of the powder mixture as the dispersed medium anisotropic structure; a further development of ideas about the process of pulsed vibration compaction dispersion medium anisotropic structure; first developed a mathematical model of a dynamical system non-linear vibration press with rigid-elastic limiters; introduced the laws of motion of the hybrid dynamic system vibration press with rigid-elastic limiters; a further development of the study of the process of pre-compaction powder mixture dispersed anisotropic structure; a mathematical model of the hybrid dynamic system of the vibration press with two sources of vibration; for the first time the regularities of the simultaneous movement of, the punch and the dispersed powder mixture of anisotropic structures proved effective modes of vibration compaction.
