Shamray V. The combined pathology of genitalias at women of the post-menopausal period: diagnostics and tactics of surgical treatment.

The thesis is devoted to problem of rising of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of the combined pathology of genitalias at women of the post-menopausal period on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and medical actions with use of modern endoscopic methods. The generalizing analysis of the combined pathology of genitalias at women of the post-menopausal period that allowed to define age features of development of pathology an endometrium, hysteromyomas, an adenomyosis, neoplasms of ovaries and genital prolapse in aspect of efficiency of their diagnostics and treatment is carried out. The structure of the combined pathology of genitalias at various age periods of women of the post-menopausal period, and also informational content of various methods of their diagnostics is shown. Risk factors of development of the combined pathology of genitalias at women of the post-menopausal period taking into account features of the genital anamnesis, heredity, frequency and structure of accompanying extragenital pathology and treatment methods at genesial age are established. Need of development and deployment of algorithm of diagnostic and medical actions at women with the combined pathology of genitalias with use of modern endoscopic technologies is scientifically proved. The sequence of various methods of diagnostics of the combined pathology of genitalias at women of the post-menopausal period is offered, and also their informational content at the present stage is defined. Indications are defined, the anti-defined and ways of optimization of use gistero-and laparoscopic gynecologic operations at various options of the combined pathology of genitalias at women of the post-menopausal period that increases efficiency of treatment and improves the aftertreatment period. Diagnostic and medical references on optimization of tactics of maintaining women of the post-menopausal period with the combined pathology of genitalias with wide use of modern endoscopic technologies are developed and introduced.
