The study found that the combination of chronic hepatitis C and type 2 diabetes is characterized by their mutually aggravating influence with high frequency of severe forms of DM-2 type and a rapid decrease in the secretion of C-peptide compared to uninfected by initiating autoimmune processes directed to - cells of the pancreas. In patients with a combination of CHC and DM-2 type 2 times more often found higher stages of liver fibrosis F3- F4, rather than in CHC patients without DM-2. The dependence of stage of liver fibrosis in patients with CHC combined with DM-2 type on trophological status was established. Was found that the combination of DM-2 and CHC increases the frequency of steatosis S 2-3 (?2=4,8; p<0.05). Offered and substantiated an expediency of additional and simultaneous administration of ademetionin and ursodeoxycholic acid to standard antiviral therapy of CHC, before the standard antiviral therapy, what reduces the frequency and severity of its' adverse events with high reliability. Based on the received results, pathogenetic scheme of assessment of development and progression risk of disorders of carbohydrate metabolism in patients with CHC was developed with the definition of formation mechanisms of insulin deficiency.
