Laktionova O. Providing the flexibility of financial system in a cyclical development of economy

Object - the functioning of the financial system in a cycle of economic development; goal - to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of flexibility justify the financial system in a cycle of economic development and developing practical tools to improve its provision of financial stability of the economy; methods - structural-functional and morphological analysis, comparison and statistical analysis; statistical modeling; trend analysis; structural and functional analysis; novelty - defined theoretical and methodological basis of adaptation to the conditions of the financial system of cyclical economic development based on its flexibility. It is based, first, on the definition of flexibility as an integrated and presented in the unity of the resource and functional components, the capacity of individual sectors of the financial system to effectively restore, expand and consolidate its capacity and, secondly, to the essential features of flexibility, in particular as a) property, which is manifested in general and for individual areas of the financial system; b) the method of display adaptability implemented subject to the limitations of time and costs; c) the dynamic characteristics, determining the ability of the system to respond to external and internal challenges.
