Essay

Theory, methodology and practice of the regulation of urban land use management system are studied in the Thesis. Theoretical basis for the formation of urban land use structure in terms of socio-economic features, types of economic activity, ownership status and regulatory support of urban land use development are systemically studied if the Thesis. Conceptual framework of urban land use management, urban land protection system functioning, basic principles and areas of urban land use forecasting, organizational and economic mechanisms of land use process improvement in the context of power decentralization are grounded in the Thesis.
