The thesis is dedicated to an urgent problem of preventive medicine - early diagnostics and prevention of cardiac disease in employees of aircraft manufacturing enterprises, engaged in major careers with high hazardous influence of vibration and noise. The paper investigates influence of pre-threshold local vibration levels combined with intense industrial noise and heavy strenuous physical work on the structural and functional condition of the myocardium. The study shows that the action of vibration factor at low noise intensity level, combined with accompanying factors of work environment and labor process, cause the development of specific and nonspecific clinical symptoms. The leading role of the autonomic sympathetic innervation disorders affecting the pathogenesis of occupational cardiopathy has been demonstrated. There have been identified clinical and ultrasound criteria for diagnostics of vegetotrophic cardiac dysfunction in riveters and fitters of aircraft manufacturing enterprises. There have been developed and subsequently recommended new approaches to pharmacological prevention of occupational vegetotrophic cardiac dysfunction and other comorbid conditions in employees of aircraft manufacturing enterprises engaged in major careers with high hazardous influence of vibration and noise.
