Osmanov R. Combined miniinvasive technologies in surgical treatment of varicose disease of lower limbs.

Work is sanctified to the improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with varicose disease of lower limbs by the improvement of tactics and differentiated use of miniinvasive technologies taking into account data of ultrasonic duplex scanning. Variant anatomy of superficial veins and haemodynamic variants of varicose disease was studied. Conception of nosotropic treatment of varicose disease of lower limbs, that consists in echo-guided miniinvasive thermal or chemical ablation of incompetent venous segments with maintenance of competent ones as functional units of venous drainage was offered. The recommendations to the individualized choice of curative tactics were worked out. Indications to foam sclerotherapy have been extended and the efficacy of foam sclerotherapy rised to 97,8% due to obligatory tumescent anaesthesia of saphenous trunks and tunnel anaesthesia of tributaries, implementation of corrective sessions.The algorithm of prophylaxis of recurrences and complications was offered. The efficacy of endovenous laser ablation had been increased to 97,6% due to the offered innovations regardless of diameter of treated veins, type of laser fiber, use of complementary methods. The conducted treatment allowed to improve quality life to the population values.
