Lazarieva O. Theoretical and methodological principles of innovation model formation of the regional agricultural land utilization

The actual problems of agricultural lands usage in terms of the transformation processes which is taking place in Ukraine were revealed. Peculiarities of sustainable development of agricultural land utilization were outlined; the deep essence of the mechanism of rational land usage was discovered. A socio-economic and environmental diagnostics of agricultural land utilization were executed, competitive strategies of agricultural land utilization were substantiated. The dissertation underlined that food security is a priority of agricultural land utilization. The importance of the food clusters creation which is aimed at strengthening the competitive advantages of agricultural land utilization was proved. The role of convergence process in the format of systemic change in agricultural land utilization was highlighted. The proposals concerning improvement of the innovation development process of agricultural land utilization were elaborated. Managerial factors of agricultural land utilization competitiveness were disclosed. Innovative principles of ecologically safe formation of land utilization in terms of decentralization were disclosed. Approaches on institutional transformation of the land market were set out, scientific approaches to strategic planning of land usage were highlighted, phenomenon of foresight as a modern scientific approach to strategic planning of land usage was substantiated, SWOT-analysis matrix of rational agricultural land utilization was constructed, it allows to determine the strengths and weaknesses in land utilization, its potential opportunities and threats that enable to justify the status of the current situation and possible trends of development in the future based on the development the strategy for further development of land utilization, own vision of the land plots land shares market development was revealed.
