Tkachyk S. Forecasting and prophylaxis of perinatal pathology at anomalies of patrimonial activity.

The thesis is devoted to a problem of depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at various anomalies of patrimonial activity on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostic actions. New distinctive links of pathogenesis of the pathological preliminary period, delicacy and a descoordination patrimonial activity on the basis of the established interrelations between ehografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological, psychological and morphological changes which allowed to claim about negative influence of disturbances of the psychoemotional status, placental dysfunction, the gestational anemia, accompanying genital and extragenital pathology on character of a patrimonial activity and development of perinatal pathology are established. Negative influence of disturbances of the psychoemotional status of women with anomalies of patrimonial activity on perinatal results of delivery and post-natal adaptation of newborns is shown. New data on negative influence of disturbances of functional condition of fetoplacental complex and fetus arrest of development on development of the pathological preliminary period with the subsequent transition to delicacy or dyscoordination patrimonial activity are submitted. The received results allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of the prognostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions referred on improvement of perinatal results of a delivery of women with various anomalies of patrimonial activity and postanatal adaptation of newborns.
