The thesis presents theoretical foundation and a new resolve of scientific problems of modern gynecology and reproductive medicine - improving the efficiency and safety of fertility treatment for women in IVF programs. Based on the identification of risk factors for complications of IVF, the study of ovarian reserve, basal hormonal profile of peripheral blood levels of cytokines and estradiol in serum and follicular fluid per day intake oocytes experimental study on female hybrid mice it was developed personalized protocol of IVF, which led to an increase in the number of cases clinical onset of uterine pregnancy and live births, to an increase safety with the decrease of frequency and severity of IVF complications, including moderate and severe forms of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
