Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of optimizing the treatment of children with PH by studying the pathogenic mechanisms of adaptive system disorders and developing a differentiated set of preventive measures. New data on clinical-pathogenic phase of adaptation in the PH in children were received. Principles on the role of cortisol, melatonin, natriuretic peptide and magnesium deficiency disorders in adaptation at PH had received further development. On the basis of the data offered medical complex, which includes non-drug treatments combined with the differential prescription depending on the phase of adaptation antihypertensive therapy, fenibut, levokarnityn and the combination of magnesium and vitamin B6.
