Mathematical models: a process of self-purification of low orbits, selection and identification of fragments of space debris and spacecraft, short-term and long-term forecasting of the ecological state of near-Earth space, the ecological state of the Earth's biosphere, depending on the state of near-Earth space were developed and improved. Scientific and methodical apparatus, which consists of techniques: the calculation and determination of informative parameters of space debris, dependency assessments used to determine space debris parameters, creating ecological and economic model of study of environmental safety problems, step by step identification and selection of space objects on the basis of pattern recognition theory is developed. The impact and the relationship between ecological condition of NES and environmental safety of the biosphere of the Earth is determined, scientific and technical proposals concerning ensuring of monitoring of the creation of the International Earth defense system from asteroid are designed, the changes that are necessary to make in the International Space Law concerning environmental safety of NES are offered.
