Object is the feuilleton creativity of poet - representatives of Russian literature of 19th - the first third of the 20th century; purpose is the comprehensive research of problems and poetics of feuilleton in Russian literature of given period; methods are the historical and functional, historical and cultural, descriptive, structural and semiotic, elements of hermeneutic, intertextual, stylistic analysis; novelty - the main trends of the genre are traced, the theoretical principles are put in order, the scientific definition is proposed, the relationship of satirical literature are traced in the wide range of material, the texts of individual authors, feuilleton creativity of Y.Zozulya, The Brothers Tur are introduced into scientific circulation at the first time; the results can be used in preparation of monographs and textbooks, in studying and teaching the course "History of Russian literature," a new definition of the term " feuilleton" is proposed, the typology and history of the genre are specified; the branch (direction) is philology.
