The thesis is devoted to problem of rising of efficiency of treatment of sterility and prophylaxis of perinatal pathology at women with disturbances of genesial function owing to dysfunction of ovaries against various genital case rate on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitational actions with use of modern endoscopic and reproductive technologies. New links of pathogenesis of disturbances of reproductive function of women at various options of genital pathology are shown on basis of correlation communications of condition of an ovariale reserve, follicular pool, the sizes and a blood flow of ovaries before organ-preserving operations on organs of a small basin. Comparative aspects of functional condition of ovaries at patients with benign pathology of ovaries and uteri, tubal and peritoneal factor and adherent process owing to the combined genital pathology when performing laparoscopic and the laparotomical operations with use mono - and a bipolar electrosurgery are shown. | Expediency of use of laparoscopic treatment with a bipolar electrosurgery is scientifically proved at organ-preserving operations on organs of small basin at various options of genital pathology.
