Essay

Due to the complex development of new approaches, based on polarization-correlation and autofluorescent methods, it became possible to carry out quick, objective and accurate verification of acute coronary insufficiency, as well as to differentiate from other conditions (chronic ischemic heart disease). The paper established new criteria for acute myocardial ischemia in terms of biological tissues optics, as well as sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of a balanced use for the diagnosis of acute coronary insufficiency.
