Vasylchuk I. Financing of corporations in sustainable development paradigm

This dissertation is devoted to the explanation of the theoretical and methodological principles of corporate financing under sustainable development paradigm. The main principles of the arrangement of corporation finance in the context of sustainable development have been identified. The causal relationships that lead to the emergence of the phenomenon of sustainable finance have been established. The criteria for the decision-making about the financing of sustainable development in corporations have been specified. The diagnostics of the current situation and main tendencies in the financing of sustainable development of corporations as well as of the determinants of corporate social performance and their impact on financial performance of corporations in Ukraine has been conducted. The main priorities and directions in the financing of sustainable development in Ukrainian corporations have been grounded, the prospects for the adoption of innovative financial methods and instruments of sustainable development corporations to the local conditions have been evaluated. The development principles of socially responsible investment market in Ukraine have been defined.
