The concept created and psychological foundations of becoming professional engineers of the future by opening its determinants and mechanisms. Presented phenomenology problem professional engineering subject. Discovered psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of professionalism within the training. Established and empirically researched ingredients and psychological predictors of future professional engineer. Developed and tested program of psycho-pedagogical support of professional formation of future engineers during their training in a technical university.
