Bіryukova M. Subject-praxeological concept of social projection.

The dissertation validates subject-praxeological concept of social projection, studies theoretical research methods for social design as a social activity in sociological discourse, based on the conducted theoretical analysis and corresponding socializations. It is validated that social design, as an activity, takes into consideration principles of glocalization, untotality, fragmentarity, subjectivity, pragmatism. This work acknowledges social subject as a carrier of polysubjectivity. It is discovered that design is of polyphonic nature and exists as a function of sociology, sociological activity (cognitive, constructivist and organizational) and social practice, according to subject-praxeological approach. Content of design, as a function of sociology, is specified, which assumes comprehension, research and creation of a field of opportunities. This field is integrated with both social and subjective ideas of the desired future, which is limited by the resources and realization technologies, implementation environment and subject's activist stance. It is stated in the structure of social design concept that its purpose is harmonization of a social object; and its task is to increase social capital as a factor of development of object's potential. It is validated within the subject-praxeological concept that the objects of social design are of dual nature. The project of cluster regionalism of education is developed and described using the example of education system of a region.
