This is devoted to treatment of psoriasis patients based of the clinical features of pathogenesis and on clarifying the role of the secondary cell mediators: prostaglandins, biogenic amines, neuropeptides, cytokines and tolerance mechanisms (quantity and species composition of the microbiota of the colon) through the use of therapeutic means to ensure the correction of the established regulatory amendments mentioned compounds and molecular mechanisms reactivity of tolerance against the backdrop of traditional treatment.Techniques have been developed pathogenetic treatment of psoriasis, providing differentiated gradual comprehensively standard therapy sorbent Enterosgel, immun therapy glyukozaminilmuramildipeptida (Likopid) and kolonohidroterapy of sodium hydroxybutyrate and bifidobacteria, aimed at restoring the physiological balance of regulatory molecular compounds and tolerance.
