Essay

The object of the research is the process of formation the methodological principles of technical aesthetics in fashion design. The aim of the Dissertation is to develop the theoretical and methodological bases of fashion design as a practical component of technical aesthetics, based on learning and critical analysis of application of tectonic principles in the holistic formative process. In order to achieve the objectives, the common methodology of systematic approach to the design-projecting of clothing, methods of mathematical statistics, correlation and regression analysis, structural analysis, simulation and forecasting, combinatorial method, theories of symmetry and proportioning, as well as methods of deploying the surfaces of clothing were used. Scientific novelty of the obtained results is the creation of modern concept in technical aesthetics for design-ergonomic projecting of modern clothing, based on tectonic approach, while it was firstly grounded tectonic approach as a mean of technical aesthetics for design-projecting of clothing, taking into consideration the plastic properties of tissues; it was formulated the basic applied provisions of technical aesthetics in design-processes of clothing, based on the tectonic approach; it was defined the elements of compositional and informational structure of modern suit, directly related to tectonics in traditional design-projecting of clothing and determined the connections between them; it was developed the classification of clothes, based on tectonic element, described their characteristics and main features; it was developed the functional model and identified the regularities of clothing formation, based on tectonic approach; also theoretical and instrumental possibilities of technical aesthetics in designing of clothing, using computer-integrated technologies. Practical significance of the obtained results is the development of the device for contactless determination of coordinates of the section points of the object, by means of which the nature of operational behavior of the material was determined depending on the silhouette shape of clothing and thickness of the materials package; the development of discrete linear frame of the torso surface of "mannequin - clothing" system to determine the values of projective additions in clothes; the development of recommendations for consideration of the fabrics properties in the development of tectonic systems of clothing in the process of design-projecting of new models of clothing; the development of informational and methodological support for the process of three-dimensional modeling of clothing, based on the identification of connections between space models of clothing and their planar scans; implementation of the research results into the industrial production and educational process.
