Essay

The object of research: process monitoring environmental pollution with toxic elements using myxomycetes and other biological objects. Scientific novelty of the results: biotic completed separate unit in the state of environmental monitoring and developed scientific and methodological foundation structure of passports; the method of research myxomycetes; perfected the procedure detect bioindicators of contamination by heavy metals; found that myxomycetes role as natural remediations and effectively removed of heavy metals from the environment; the models of transformation elements with myxomycetes, their substrates, soil and mobile forms of elements in soil, water and air . The practical significance of the results approved scientific and methodological basis passports bioobjects environmental safety in emergency situations, such as phosphoric accident and oil fire; criterias of environmental safety passports of biological objects included to recommendations for improving environmental assessments; proven practicality inclusion biotic block in a comprehensive monitoring system to estimate the parameters of antropogenic pollution; included in the results of research achievements of the International Center for agriculture and biotechnology, in the formation of red lists and set up at the website "Prototype of myxomycetes passport environmental safety"; material of the dissertation used in educational process in teaching a number of courses including the course "Ecological Safety"
