Thesis is devoted to solving actual scientific and practical problems of improving the environmental safety through increased efficiency of treatment facilities by intensifying biotransformation of pollutants in the application of methods of destruction of sludge, increase methane formation in methane tanks, and improving the reliability of data monitoring of natural and engineering wastewater systems under uncertainty in making responsible decisions in environmental management of treatment structures. A methodology for improving reliability of data for environmental monitoring and natural and engineering systems of wastewater removal based on determining structure of measuring network, area limits and density of pollution on basis of measuring network data and appropriate interpolation and smoothing algorithms, and also determining dynamics of pollution area. For evaluation of data under conditions of uncertainty in responsible decision making in environmental management of treatment facilities and ensuring of reliable information about systems state in controlled area methods for determining structure of measuring network, arising from theory of fractals, are presented.
