Object - professional training of students majoring in "Pharmacy" in Eastern Europe higher education institutions; the aim - to substantiate the didactic principles of education achievement quality monitoring of students majoring in "Pharmacy" in Eastern Europe higher education institutions in order to implement the innovative ideas to the national system of pharmaceutical education; methods - theoretical, of content analysis, historical, problem-chronological, of comparison, generalization, data systematizing, mathematical; novelty - the research is the first to determine and analyse the didactic principles of education achievement quality monitoring of students majoring in "Pharmacy" at Eastern Europe universities: the goal, objectives, functions, ways of information obtaining and processing, modes integrating the monitoring participants' actions, monitoring stages and specific aspects; the practical experience dealing with the quality of educational achievement monitoring of students majoring in "Pharmacy" at Eastern Europe universities is generalized; the complex of methods and methodological approaches allowing for the analysis of education achievement quality monitoring of students majoring in "Pharmacy" at Eastern Europe universities is specified; the scientific and pedagogical tools for conducting internal and external monitoring of the education quality of students majoring in "Pharmacy" at Eastern Europe universities are analysed; the perspectives of Eastern Europe states' progressive achievement implementation within the process of Ukraine's integration into the European Union have acquired further study. A number of unknown and little-known documents (28) have been introduced and offered for further study; results - the methodological recommendations to scholars engaged in the study of the problem of students' professional training organization and implementation using the means of pedagogical monitoring, to the scientific and teaching staff, postgraduates and Ukraine's medical and pharmaceutical higher education students have been worked out. The summarized experience of education achievement quality monitoring of students majoring in "Pharmacy" in Eastern Europe higher education, the leading ideas and conclusions of the research may provide a basis for working out the fundamental principles and strategies of present day higher education institutions training professionals in "Pharmacy" development tendencies; field - pedagogy.
