Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations, and develop practical recommendations on improvement of state regulation of ethno-political processes mechanisms. The author determined that the globalization processes that take place in today's world are complex, multi-level and mixed. Along with the unquestionable expansion of the capabilities of modern global communications and relations generates a globalized world and a number of dangers and threats. Especially these threats and dangers are updated to newly independent sovereign states, in particular Ukraine.
