Klenin O. Strategic consulting in the system of management of innovative development of industrial enterprises

Object: consulting in the system of management of industrial enterprises innovative development. Aim: forming of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on strategic consulting in the system of management of innovative development (SUR) industry. Methods: historical, dialectical, theoretical generalization; abstract-logical, systems and process analysis; statistical and economic techniques of analysis, synthesis, deduction, a method of hierarchies and priorities; economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting. First: identified strategic consulting services market of Ukraine within the limits of statistical data on types of economic activities; was identified for the first time a conceptual approach to the implementation of strategic consulting in the system of management of industrial enterprises innovative development in the framework of the resource concept was proposed; the organizational-economic mechanism of implementation of strategic consulting activities in the system of management innovative development; was developed the components of the Institute of consulting in Ukraine were proposed; a conceptual business model of strategic consulting in the system of innovative development management was developed; The following was improved: the ontology of conceptual-categorical apparatus of "strategic consulting"; definition; scientific explanation of binary role of strategic consulting as an academic paradigm and entrepreneurial activities; interpretation of strategic consulting essence in the system of innovative development management; of scientific and methodical approach to the building a structural model "portfolio of competencies" strategic consulting in the infrastructure of the National innovation system, "Strategic consulting"; scientific and methodical approach to the formation of lifecycle strategic consulting project in the framework of its universal business model along the value chain. The following received further development: a study of the trends and patterns of structural transformation consulting; characteristics of preconditions and prospects of consulting activity development in the market of Ukraine; theoretical basis of the institutional architecture; the components of intellectual capital and their role in the formation of competitive advantages and implementation of innovative development strategy; rationale of institutional arrangement adaptation on the basis of practical analysis of innovation policy and programmes of new technological processes. Practical value of work is determined by the implementation of its results in industrial activities.
