Vavrinevych O. Hygienic substantiation of scientific fundamentals of the State's social and hygienic monitoring of the fungicides application in agricultural sector of Ukraine.

Object - socio-hygienic monitoring of the fungicides application in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine; the aim - is the hygienic substantiation of scientific fundamentals of the State's social and hygienic monitoring of the fungicides application in agricultural sector of Ukraine designed to preserve and to strengthen the health of the workers and the population as a whole. Methods of research: laboratory and field full-scale hygienic experiments, physical and chemical (chromatographic), organoleptic, physical, mathematical modeling, mapping and statistical analysis. Results: development of method for complex estimation of the possible negative impact of pesticides on the human body when they are washed out from the soil and leached into the ground waters, which will allow to estimate the risk of its negative impact on public health during contaminated water consumption.Maximum allowable (residue) levels of studied fungicides in food and agricultural raw materials, and regulations of its safe application were substantiated. The procedure of predicting calculated standards of modern different classes' pesticides in the water of ponds used for household and drinking water supply was suggested. The scheme of the social and hygienic monitoring and prevention of fungicides negative effects on public health functioning system and model of managing environmental and occupational risk of harmful impact on workers', population health, and environment objects were improved. The criteria for the selection of fungicides to be monitored in agricultural sector of Ukraine were scientifically substantiated.
