Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of new differentiated rehabilitation programs for patients with primary knee joint osteoarthrosis depending on the bone mineral density state, presence of synovitis and muscular dysfunction, with using balneotherapy, pelotherapy, physiotherapy, physical rehabilitation, a number of natural and alternative methods. The use of the proposed rehabilitation will permit to improve the process of rehabilitation in patients with primary gonarthrosis, help plan more effective diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitation process and achieves a significant improvement in the functional state of the musculoskeletal system and quality of life of patients with knee joint osteoarthrosis.
