Essay

The dissertation includes a new approach to scientific problems treatment solving in violation of patency of extrahepatic bile ducts and the complications that arise as a consequence, by application of modern high-frequency electric welding technology. According to a study anastomoses formed using the method of high-frequency electric welding were hermetics, patency, strong enough. The regeneration processes course in the area of the weld were typical, for 6 months produced reliable scar and comes complete epithelization of anastomosis areas. Based on the analysis of the experiment results using the method of high-frequency electric welding soft biological tissues in 14 patients of the main group were developed and introduced into clinical practice way of forming single-layer everting hepaticojejunoanastomosis. Based on the analysis of clinical material developed diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm for patients with diseases and extrahepatic bile ducts damage, which provided a clear step approach to diagnosis and allowed to improve the results of treatment through the use of modern electric welding technologies.
