Sharyi H. Institutional support for the land relations development in the agrarian sector of Ukraine

The theoretical and methodological principles of the institutional support for the land relations development in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are summarized in the thesis. The conceptual approach to transforming the institutional environment is explained, the history of qualitative and structural changes in the institutional support for the land relations evolution is analyzed. A methodical approach to the determination of an effective mechanism of economic land turnover and land transactions is suggested. Strategic areas of institutional support for the land relations development are determined and overviewed. The conceptual and methodological approaches to the evaluation of type 1 differential rent according to the land quality, quasi rent, absolute rent, and the effective and efficient land lease management, the cyclical nature of price fluctuations are considered.
