Adamchuk N. The prolonged hormonal contraception: prophylaxis of not planned pregnancy and disturbances of genesial health.

The thesis is devoted to depression of frequency of side effects at women who used various methods of the prolonged hormonal contraception and complications at the subsequent pregnancy on the basis of the differentiated approach to their application taking into account clinical, endocrinologic, the ehografical, microbiological and psychological features, and also algorithm of pregravidarial preparation. Scientific justification of opportunities and efficiency of use of various methods (vaginal, epicutaneous, endometrial) is presented to the prolonged hormonal contraception at women with disturbances of menstrual function, a premenstrual syndrome, hyperplastic processes of uterus and dishormonal pathology of mammary glands. New pathogenetic aspects of collateral reactions and effects, them and need of correction at women of genesial age are established at existence and absence of genital pathology on the basis of the established interrelations between clinical, endocrinologic, biochemical, microbiological, psychological changes, and also condition of biocenosis of vagina. The obtained data allowed to prove scientifically need of development of new algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for depression of frequency of not planned pregnancy, and also tactics of its further maintaining.
