Polishchuk Y. Non-bank financial institutions on investment market

The thesis is devoted to research of theoretical, metodic principles and development of scientific-methodological and practical recommendations for the development of non-bank financial institutions (NBFI) on the investment market of Ukraine. In this paper the essence of NBFI as investment market institutions and their role in economic growth were defined. NBFI considered as institutions of investment market other than banks, which include those that own investment activity at the expense of own and borrowed funds (undertaken for commercial and / or social impact) and those that perform a supporting role in the investment process (only seek to achieve the commercial effect). The classification criteria were supplemented for NBFI and their functions in the investment market were examined. Additional classification attributes were allocated such as participation in the investment market, determining that among NBFI are basic and infrastructure.
