Kuchuk A. Law Polycentrism phenomenon: general and theoretical and methodological aspects.

It is accomplished generalization and solution of scientific problem lying in elucidation virtually not studied by the domestic legal science of the general and theoretical and the methodological aspect of the phenomenon of law polycentrism within the paper. The paradigm of understanding of law and the methodology of its scientific cognition is reinterpreted within the thesis, at the same time it is pointed out to impossibility to comprehend law, taking into account its sociological nature, with only scientific means. Interpretation of legal phenomena should be done considering values of the appropriate civilization (culture), however even the notion "a law" has unlike content for states of continental law family and common law family. All societies anticipate equity as the essential feature of law, but there is no universal understanding of equity - this notion if differently interpreted within each civilization.
