Mytrofanov I. The theoretical basis of the mechanism of criminal responsibility of realization

The study is the first in Ukraine complex and systematic theoretical development of the theoretical basis of the mechanism of criminal responsibility of realization, associated with the static and the dynamic states of this realization. It has been studied the nature, purpose and forms of realization of responsibility of individuals found guilty of criminal offences. For the first time it has been defined the concept of the mechanism of criminal responsibility realization and it has been given its complex characteristics which can be included in the application and improvement of the existing provisions of the law on criminal responsibility as well as the development and adoption of new penal laws.
