Essay

The thesis is one of the first complex scientific studies in Ukraine that generalizes theoretical foundations and presents new solution of the scientific problem of research of the nuclear safety-and-security's constitutional and legal guarantees in the international and national aspects. The received results will contribute to searching and development of effective mechanisms that will contribute to renewing and further ensuring the sovereignty of Ukraine, in particular by means of improving the Ukrainian national security system’s guarantees, as well as complying with the international legal requirements of non-proliferation regime
