Object - organizational and technological solutions for repair and renovation of sewer collectors; subject - the principles of choosing organizational and technological solutions for increasing the operational resource of sewer collectors; purpose - theoretical substantiation and development of a system of reasonable choice of organizational and technological decisions that provide an increase in the operational resource of sewer collectors, which is based on the principles of a system approach and takes into account a set of constructive, technical, organizational, technological and economic factors for the operation, repair and operation of the sewerage network and allows to ensure optimal solution selection based on the chosen criteria, taking into account available resources; methods - bibliographic and system analysis, mathematical modeling, fuzzy logic apparatus, linear optimization method and standard software tools for solving such problems; novelty - for the first time, a scientifically based mechanism based on a new method of substantiation and choice of organizational and technological decisions that provide an increase in the operational resource of sewage collectors taking into account the categority of the network area, based on constructive, technical and operational parameters, and optimized according to the chosen criteria, respectively, is proposed to available resources; improved: the methodology of determining the categority of sewage network sites and the economic and mathematical model for assessing the efficiency of investments in carrying out repair works on sewer collectors; received the further development of the principles of fuzzy-minded approach in solving engineering problems; results - a method of substantiation and selection of organizational and technological decisions that provide an increase in the operational resource of sewer collectors is created; mathematical models of one and multi-criteria optimization for the reasoned choice of the method of repair are developed on the basis of technological and economic criteria that characterize it; the scope of use - is repair, restoration and sanitation of sewer collectors with a diameter up to 1500 mm and other linearly extended underground engineering communications executed from various materials.
