Essay

This paper presents the psychology of women's self-realization in terms of family functioning abnormality. On the basis of complete examination of 648 persons (224 women from vulnerable families, 194 men from vulnerable families, 104 divorced women, 126 women from orderly families) was determined the structure of psycho-emotional sphere abnormality, individual psychological constitution and behavioral, and partnership patterns among women with different families interaction and men from vulnerable families. There were found significant relationship between the level of self-actualization and psycho-emotional state, individual psychological constitution and factors of family crisis among women with different family interaction and men from vulnerable families. Also were found matching significant interaction factors of self-actualization and locus control among couples from vulnerable families. Eight combined factors that affect on the development of a family crisis, emotional state and women's self-realization, were highlighted. Prognostic factors (predictors and preventers) of women's self-realization were found. The targets of psychological correction of mental maladjustment and the development of women's self-realization of in terms of family functioning abnormality were identified. The structure of family as the system was set up. The phenomenon of family interaction was analyzed and characterized, also its structure and four states were determined (normal, deformed, destructive, destroyed). The interrelation between family interaction and family crises was identified. Thereafter were identified the components of family interaction: psycho - emotional, psychological, behavioral, and partnership. Considering above said was developed, scientifically justified and implemented a system of psychological diagnostics, correction and support of women with different status of family interaction. The conceptual feature of psychological diagnostics system, correction and support of women is administration of an integrative approach that allows to provide women and couples with complex care, which includes psychological training, psychological correction, aimed to family functioning optimization, family interaction and the development of women's self-realization in terms of family functioning abnormality. The effectiveness of the developed system of psychological diagnostics, correction and support among women with different status of family interaction that has proven its effectiveness was evaluated.
