Lisetsky Y. Information Technologies of the Decision Support for the Implementation of the Corporate Integrated Information Systems

Thesis is devoted to solving essential scientific and applied problem of improving efficiency of CIIS implementation through development of conceptual framework, models, methods and tools of decision support. There was developed conceptual framework of CIIS implementation which is a basis for universal technology invariable to software, hardware platforms and target industry. There were developed a method of forming integral criterion of CIIS efficiency estimation based on ensemble of models as well as method of compositional selection among alternative variants of CIIS components base. There was advanced efficiency comparison technology for methods of estimation and alternatives selection. There were developed methods for alternatives selection with additive convolution enabling identification of optimal communication channels technology as well as technology of expert opinions analysis with sequence of methods of their irregularity detection.
