Object: erythrocytes of peripheral blood. Objective: to determine the pathogenetic connections of metabolic disorders in blood red blood cell erythrocytes. The state of metabolic processes and pathophysiological changes in erythrocytes with active blood donation are determined taking into account the sex, the age of donors, and the duration of the donor experience. The necessity of correction of the revealed changes has been scientifically substantiated. The effectiveness of using the results of determination of laboratory, morphological, biochemical and biophysical characteristics of donor blood red blood cells for ensuring the health of donors is demonstrated.
