A new theoretical and methodological approach to the definition of the essence of "the mechanism of management of business processes" is suggested. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of the essence of management of the business processes at the enterprise of wholesale trade has been improved. Classification attributes of business processes at the wholesale trade enterprise are improved. The essence of the concepts "innovative development of the wholesale trade enterprise" and "innovative potential of the wholesale trade enterprise" have been specified. The theoretical and methodological approach towards the construction of business processes at the wholesale trade enterprise in order to make the effective management decisions has been improved. The methodological principles of flow process control in the chain of supply of goods and, respectively, the business processes of the wholesale trade enterprise are developed. The concept of business processes management has been substantiated, which corresponds to the general strategy of development of the wholesale trade enterprise and the functional features of its activity. The methodological approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the key of business processes at the wholesale trade enterprise is developed. The methodological provisions of the informational support of the management of the business processes at the enterprise of wholesale trade on the basis of the introduction of information technologies are substantiated. The methodological approach to the definition of balanced indicators oriented on the integration structure of the participants in the supply chain and on the formalization and implementation of the business processes is improved. With the aim to improve the management system of business processes, the conceptual approaches to the development of wholesale trade are developed. The methodical tools for decomposition business processes at the wholesale trade enterprise using the BPwin software product have been improved.
