Sheketa V. The methodology of decision support modeling in knowledge-based information technologies for drilling control

The thesis is devoted to solving of actual scientific and applied problem of constructing the formal logical information models of knowledge-based systems as foundation of decision support by drilling of oil and gas wells using the proposed methodology of modifying the sets of values of controlled variables in the process run based on the formalized expertise presented in knowledge bases. A formal-logical categorized information models for interpretation of user queries in the process of drilling and suitable algorithms of functioning routines for decision support based on the knowledge base of cases with constraints were developed and implemented. The main research results were introduced in the form of appropriate techniques that form the basis of intelligent procedures for decision support in the process of wells drilling control on the leading enterprises of oil and gas industry of Ukraine.
