Essay

Object of research: the process of financial provision of social protection of population in Ukraine. Purpose: to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles of financial provision of social protection of population in Ukraine. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis, generalization and scientific abstraction, historical-logical, induction and deduction, abstract-logical, methods of epistemological analysis, calculation-constructive, comparative analysis, rating estimation, correlation-regression analysis, correlation galaxies, analytical grouping, age movements, empirical, statistical, graphic. Scientific novelty: for the first time, the conceptual foundations of the financial provision of social protection of the population in Ukraine have been developed, a system for assessing the state and effectiveness of the formation and use of financial resources of social protection of the population has been developed, methodological approaches to assessing the impact of socioeconomic determinants on the formation and use of financial resources in the social protection system people; the theoretical approaches to determining the main stages of development of scientific views on the social role of the state in the context of historical development of society, the interpretation of the economic content of "financial provision of social protection of the population", the methodology for assessing the size of the subsistence minimum, the methodical approach to forecasting the financial provision of social protection of the population, financial support for health care in Ukraine, scientific approaches to assessing the impact of the shadow economy on the formation of the fi ansovyh sources of social programs, payments and allowances.
