Essay

The dissertation thesis contains the statement and solution of the actual scientific and technical problem, namely: increasing the efficiency of optoelectronic systems due to the development of mathematical models and stochastic-deterministic methods of receiving and processing signals based on the joint use of corpuscular, wave and statistical descriptions of optical signals in optoelectronic systems. The inclusion of additional properties of signals, such as energy, space-time, pair-correlated, grouped, subordinate to generalized limit theorems, allowed eliminating contradictions and determining the directions for the development of more complete mathematical models. The application of such an approach made it possible optimize the algorithms for receiving and processing signals that have a significant effect on the detectability and efficiency of optoelectronic systems in general.
